You will act as:

What You’ll Be Doing

Executive & Strategic Support

• Manage complex and fast-moving priorities
• Prepare executive reporting and board materials
• Assist with strategic initiatives and expansion projects
• Track performance metrics across multiple entities
• Coordinate senior leadership communication

Operational Leverage

• Drive follow-up and accountability across teams
• Improve processes and streamline workflows
• Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision-making
• Liaise confidently with advisors, suppliers and stakeholders

Property & Project Oversight

• Coordinate documentation and compliance
• Track lease and contractor activity
• Support development and improvement projects

This role goes beyond diary management.
It is about leverage, clarity and forward movement.

About You

You are calm in fast-moving environments.

You understand how growth-focused leaders operate — and you know how to support them without slowing them down.

You likely have experience as:

• A senior EA in a complex environment
• Or in professional services, finance, consulting or operations

You are:

• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
• Discreet and loyal
• Comfortable with accountability and ownership
