About the Role

We are searching for a future leader.  Someone ready to step into a Supervisor / Team Leader role with an eye on the future.  You’ll manage a talented team of accountants and advise an exciting portfolio of entrepreneurial clients across tax, compliance, and business advisory services.

You’ll have real autonomy, leadership responsibilities, and a clear pathway to partnership for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

Technical ability is important, but so is your mindset and energy.  We’re looking for someone who is approachable, motivated, and ready to lead.

• 7+ years’ experience in public practice
• CA/CPA/IPA qualified
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Outstanding client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to self-motivate, prioritise and drive projects to completion
• A passion for delivering real value to clients
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
