Tell us a bit about your role.
My Corporate Secretarial Services Coordinator role at MWM oversees Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) compliance is met for clients ensuring the company registers are maintained and kept up to date.
I am here to assist clients in the process of making company changes hassle free whether this is talking to ASIC on the client’s behalf or by preparing the necessary ASIC documents and resolutions. This includes updating details in the company structure and electronically lodging the documents to ensure ASIC lodgement deadlines are met.
My Corporate Secretarial Services Coordinator role sees me work closely with clients ensuring monthly account management timelines are met, which include maintaining budgets, preparing and lodging of BAS and looking after payroll.
A rather unique part of this role is in providing more personal and day to day support for clients. This varies from overseeing property management and tenant issues, liaising with contractors for repairs and maintenance or attending to accounts payable among other things.
What about when you’re not at work – what are your hobbies and interests?
Sometimes you may find me at the beach or being outdoors, however I’m also happy relaxing at home with family and being with friends.
