Tell us a bit about your role Gillian?
As a Client Services Co-ordinator, I’m the administrative support for our accounting team and team manager.
This role involves the set up of new clients, new companies and trusts on our systems, liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients and ourselves, distribution of ATO correspondence to our clients, the preparation of tax packages for clients and ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
My role also involves building relationships with our clients, helping them with any queries or requests for documents or information – I am the conduit between the client and our accounting team.
What about when you’re not at work – what are your hobbies and interests?
I’m very active. I love cycling and running, and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
