What are your hobbies or passions outside of work?
I love to dance at Mermaid Beach Physie. I’ve been doing Physie since I was 12 years old, so quite a long time! My daughter started at 3 years old and now we get to enjoy our love of physie together which is special.
Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Hands down it has to be chocolate ice cream. It’s what I look forward to when relaxing at the end of the day.
What is your favourite quote?
“There is nothing more exhausting than hanging on to an incomplete task”.
I remind myself often. It ensures continued productivity.
If you could travel to one place in the world, where would it be and why?
The Amalfi Coast – for the history, the wine, the dining and the sunshine.
What is your favourite food or dish to cook?
My favourite seafood treat is Oyster Mornay and Kilpatrick, followed by garlic prawns. Georges Paragon is certainly a fave!
What is your favourite drink or cocktail?
I love any style of Margarita, but Chilli Coconut is always a winner!
