What excites you about working at MWM?
After being in the Hospitality industry for almost 17 years, I’m excited for a change — a new change for both the brain and body clock.
Do you have any guilty pleasures?
On my days off, I enjoy wrapping myself up with a blanket (turning myself into a spring roll) with a bowl full of snacks and enjoy some quality time with the TV, watching my favourite shows.
If you could travel to one place in the world, where would it be and why?
I would love to go to Hong Kong (my home) more regularly – I enjoy both sides: as a local when my family takes me around and as a tourist when I’m left alone to fend for myself.
What is your favourite food or dish to cook?
I love a hot pot during winter – it has everything in it! Then top it off with a big cup of bubble tea, that would be amazing.
What is your favourite cocktail?
Dirty Martinis – I like to pretend that I’m a Bond girl.
