Team member in the spotlight – Krisztina Jablanski

In this series we’re spotlighting a different MWM Advisory team member each month, so you can get to know the team a little better.

Say hello to Executive Assistant, Krisztina Jablanski.

“It’s refreshing to work with a team where everyone is on the same page, is in pursuit of a common goal and places value in its culture, employees and ethos of family first.”

Tell us a bit about your role…

A little bit of everything and keeping James in check! No two days are the same which is the best thing about working with James!

What drew you to work at MWM Advisory?

Thought it was time for a change in industry. I had 20 years in legal, 15 of them in family law including 11 years as Operations Manager!  It’s great being able to utilise my skills from a different background and apply them to a new industry.

What do you enjoy the most about working at MWM?

The team and the culture.  I’m constantly learning and developing new skills in my role.

What book/tv show/album are you reading/watching/listening to now and why do you like it?

Podcast – Invisible Choir (crime) and TV Show – The Mandalorian, LEGO Grand Masters

What’s something that people might not know about you?

I ride a 2019 Harley Davidson Street Bob, however this pastime has been put on hold whilst I’ve been growing a human! New adventures to come.
